	The Steering Committee is elected to a maximum of two consecutive terms by the members of Jesus Is Lord Mission Society. Authority is given to appoint to office two additional Members-at-Large for a one year term. The affairs for meeting the goals of JILM between annual meetings is the primary responsibility of the JILM Steering Committee. This group also serves as the nominating committee for elected positions.
