Field Description: The first class of seminary graduates is now into their final year of probation prior to ordination. The arrangement is that they develop means of support during this three-year probationary period. They have received small business training by the UEMI staff. This project provides a small stipend which enables them to develop their congregations and receive basic support for their ministries.
